Road to NWC2015: Scotland announces team

Netball Scotland has recently announced their team of 12 for Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015, 7 – 16 August.
The team, coached by New Zealander Gail Parata, features 11 players from their Glasgow Commonwealth Games team, including Netball Scotland’s most-capped player, Lesley MacDonald.
Parata has also enlisted the help of former Silver Ferns shooting great and Netball NZ Ambassador, Irene van Dyk. Van Dyk will join them as a Technical Advisor in the lead-up to the team leaving for Australia – read more.
Ranked 11th in the world, the Scottish Thistles join England, Jamaica and Samoa in Pool B at NWC2015.
The Silver Ferns could face the Scottish Thistles in the Qualification Rounds, depending on results and final placings following the Preliminary Rounds.
