Strongly-built in-circle defender Te Huinga Reo Selby-Rickit quietly left her mark on the Netball court from a young age.
A year after making the NZ U21 squad as a 15-year-old in 2004, Selby-Rickit was a member of their victorious Netball World Youth Cup campaign in 2005.
Able to cover both in-circle defensive positions, Selby-Rickit came armed with a deceptive reach, agile movement and great ability to read play, leaving an impressionable imprint as her game continued to develop.
Gaining selection in the FAST5 Ferns in 2010 and the 2010-11 Silver Ferns Development Squad provided pivotal steps in her career.
An inaugural member of the Southern Steel in the ANZ Championship, Selby-Rickit moved to Wellington and the Central Pulse in 2012, before returning to the Steel for the 2016 season.
She made her Silver Ferns debut against Malawi in 2013.
